Our Promise
Sophia advocates for children’s rights to establish and maintain safe and positive interaction during their visits. Understanding this process is very difficult, she makes every attempt to ease tensions between parents, offer coping mechanisms to boost self-esteem, and offers a variety of court-ordered services to assist families more comfortably while going through their court procedures. Sophia takes detailed notes and wears a body camera to accurately document visits.
OUR SERVICES
We are based out of Saint Petersburg, Florida and provide services to the surrounding areas such as Tampa, Clearwater, Palm Harbor and Wesley Chapel. The visits or exchanges can be at any location, but a traveling fee may be applied. Before a visit occurs, we will conduct an interview with each parent prior to scheduling a visit or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse service and reject any cases we cannot safely supervise, notifying the family and referral source of the rejection and the reasons why a case cannot be served.
Supervised Visitation
$50 an hour (minimum of two hours)
(Traveling fee may apply depending on the location)
Supervised visitation refers to the contact between the parent needing supervision and their children in the presence of a supervisor, who is an unbiased third party responsible for the observation and safety of the children during the visit. We are always within eyesight and earshot during visitation. Promoting safe access and safe contact for the benefit of the child(ren) and adults. The purpose and goal of supervised visitation is to prevent children from being entangled in the conflicts of separation and divorce, so they can enjoy safe contact with the parent needing supervision. The visitation may take place in a location ordered by the Court, or if no location requirements are ordered, then the parent making the request shall specify the location.
Supervised Exchanges
An exchange involves custodial and non-custodial parents exchanging their children for visits which will take place in a public setting. We facilitate the exchange of the children between parents. Exchange services allow parents to avoid coming in contact with one another.
Supervised Calls/ Virtual Visitation
Virtual visitation is a means for non-custodial parents to maintain frequent contact with their child or children. It can be very beneficial for parents and children who live far from one another. Supervised calls and e-visitation can prevent further disputes between parents while allowing for visitation time.
